Thank you for  being such a great realtor in this  competitive market. Due to the fact that I live in OC, I thought I would have to make many trips to Oceanside to sell my house. I only went down once and that helped me to use the time to find a new house.


You were able to accomplish the following:


  • Find me a experienced realtor in Orange County to sell me a house.
  • Take care of all requirements at the property to sell my house. This included all the maintenance.
  • Work within the 1031 constraints.
